The South Dakota Ghostbusters are proud to be the home of EctoSD, South Dakota's first and only Ghostbusters-themed Ecto-Mobile built from a real former hearse.
No minivan. No SUV. No imitation.
Just 25 feet of Cadillac hearse packed with Ghostbusters spirit, community engagement, and countless memories made with fans across South Dakota.
For over a decade, EctoSD has been turning heads, drawing crowds, and helping us raise awareness and support for charitable causes throughout the region.

The South Dakota Ghostbusters Experience
We don't just show up with a folding table and a banner. When the South Dakota Ghostbusters arrive, we bring an interactive attraction built over more than a decade of events across South Dakota. Guests can step up to the Shock Box and test their ESP, come face-to-face with Vigo the Carpathian, snap photos with Slimer and Stay Puft, examine screen-accurate ghostbusting equipment, and get an up-close look at the gear that made Ghostbusters famous.
And when space allows, we bring EctoSD, South Dakota's first and only Ghostbusters-themed Ecto-Mobile built from a real former Cadillac hearse.
Whether we're at a convention, community festival, charity fundraiser, or STEM event, our goal is simple: create something people remember long after the event is over. Because we're not just displaying props. We're creating experiences.
