Every meal we pack goes directly to someone in Sioux Falls who’s working hard, and still struggling to get by. Lunch Is Served gives them dignity, energy, and a reminder that their community cares. The South Dakota Ghostbusters show up year after year, not for photos, but to make sure no one gets forgotten.

We’re not handing out free candy. We roll up our sleeves, put on plastic gloves, and do the real work, prepping sandwiches, packing lunches, and helping this program serve thousands of meals every year. This is what it means to make a difference locally.

Every bag packed represents a human being with a story. When you see the South Dakota Ghostbusters in uniform, this is what we stand for, showing up where it counts. We’re proud to support Lunch Is Served and other local charities that provide direct help to South Dakota families.

Hunger doesn’t take a break, and neither do we. This isn’t a one-time thing for SDGB; it’s part of our mission. We will continue supporting Lunch Is Served as long as our community needs it.

At Spooky Science, we're not just entertaining, we're teaching. Our slime experiments, energy demonstrations, and interactive ghost tech ignite curiosity in kids and show them that science is fun, creative, and full of possibilities. This is how future engineers, inventors, and scientists get their start.

This event isn’t free to attend for a reason, it directly funds science education and community programming at the Washington Pavilion. By bringing our displays and engaging families, the South Dakota Ghostbusters help drive ticket sales that support local learning initiatives all year long.
